About the Role
The Real Estate Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Stat Global’s brand visibility, support property promotion, and generate qualified interest. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across campaigns, digital channels, listings, and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for brand and property promotion
- Oversee campaign planning across digital, social media, and listing channels
- Coordinate marketing content, design, and campaign execution with internal teams
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing outputs
- Support lead generation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage timelines, priorities, and external creative or media support where needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, luxury, or professional services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and brand execution
- Experience managing content, listings, and multi-channel promotion
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing with business goals
- Experience in the Dubai market is preferred
