About the Role

The Leasing Consultant supports prospective tenants and landlords throughout the leasing journey, from inquiry handling to property matching and transaction coordination. This role is ideal for a professional who is client-facing, responsive, and confident in guiding leasing conversations with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and qualify client requirements
• Recommend suitable properties based on budget, location, and preferences
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and landlords
• Support lease negotiation and documentation coordination
• Update CRM records and leasing pipelines accurately
• Deliver a professional and responsive client experience throughout the process

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property advisory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident handling client interactions and follow-ups
• Organized and target-driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
• Familiarity with Dubai leasing processes is preferred
