Who Were the Architects Behind Arabian Ranches?
Arabian Ranches' architectural design was a collaborative effort between international architects and consultants. The master plan for the community was developed by SWA Group, a US-based firm specializing in landscape architecture and urban planning. Ian Baker-Finch designed the Golf course together with Nicklaus Design.
SWA group's design vision was to create a community that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings while providing residents with world-class amenities and modern living spaces.
Several other architects and contractors were involved in designing and constructing individual homes and buildings within the community. They drew inspiration from traditional Arabic and Spanish styles, incorporating arched doorways, tiled roofs, and ornate detailing. This fusion of styles creates a unique architectural language that is both timeless and modern.
