About the Role

The Client Service Representative acts as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is timely, clear, and professional. This role supports a premium client experience by handling inquiries, follow-ups, updates, and coordination across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions and service-related requests
  • Maintain regular communication and status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
  • Track client interactions and ensure follow-up is completed
  • Help resolve routine issues with professionalism and care
  • Support onboarding and general service coordination
  • Contribute to a smooth and trusted client journey

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client service, hospitality, or customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, calm, and service-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
  • Experience working with premium clients is a plus
