About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of campaigns, listings, content, and brand activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing deliverables across campaigns and channels
- Support property listing updates and promotional activity
- Assist with content planning, publishing, and asset organization
- Work with internal teams to align marketing materials with priorities
- Track timelines and ensure projects move forward efficiently
- Help maintain consistency across brand communications
- Support reporting and basic marketing administration
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign support
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Good written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content workflows
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus
