About the Role

The Operations Manager oversees internal systems, coordination, and process improvement to ensure the business runs efficiently and consistently. This role plays a central part in aligning teams, supporting delivery standards, and building scalable operational structure across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, administration, or business management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience building or improving internal workflows
• Ability to manage priorities across teams and functions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in real estate or service-based businesses is preferred
