About the Role

The Property Inspector is responsible for assessing residential and commercial properties to ensure they meet company standards for presentation, safety, and operational readiness. This role supports leasing, property management, and client service by identifying issues early, documenting findings clearly, and helping maintain a high standard across managed assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled property inspections across assigned units and buildings
  • Document property condition, maintenance issues, and readiness status
  • Prepare clear inspection reports with notes and visual references
  • Identify repair, safety, or cleanliness issues that require follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, or property managers on next steps
  • Support move-in, move-out, and routine inspection processes
  • Ensure inspection records are accurate and updated on time

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in property inspection, property operations, or facilities support
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Ability to identify maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation issues
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple site visits
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate or property operations is a plus
