About the Role
The Real Estate Analyst supports decision-making through market research, property analysis, and investment insight. This role is suited to someone with strong analytical skills who can turn market data into clear, useful recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on pricing, supply, demand, and location trends
- Analyze properties and compare investment potential
- Prepare reports, summaries, and insight presentations
- Support internal teams with data-backed recommendations
- Monitor real estate trends and competitor activity
- Help evaluate property opportunities from a commercial perspective

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis, market research, or investment support
